The contents of this website are to bring forth as many issues concerning "Long Court beach volleyball" and the history of the sport. We intend to list all the facts at hand that are involved in undermining this sport that has a history of over 75 years. We also intend to point out the forces at hand that are involved in these changes for monetary gain disregarding public appeal for the long court game.

Beach volleyball has weathered dramatic changes since 2001 in the size of the court, the ball and texture of the ball. The scoring changes have eliminated the element of endurance and the Iron Man image of making a dramatic comeback to defeat the opponent. There have been indoor antennas among other indoor volley ball rules added to the game which has smothered the endurance players shots and digs.

Because of the many difficulties of playing outdoors, such as the sand, the sun and the wind, beach volleyball players must have outstanding ball skills and court speed. Partners must be well matched or opponents will win easy points by exploiting the weaker player. Indoor Volleyball rules should be completely separate from out door volleyball rules.

We invite you to re-evaluate these changes and please vote!

The second priority for this website in to generate the worlds first social network of beach volleyball players. This will be a central place for the players to log in and schedule games every day of the week, all year around, and on the any beach in the world they choose !
